This 2-in-1 Cuticle Moisturizer with Vitamin E and Aloe is made with Mineral Oil (Paraffinum Liquidum), Aloe Vera (Barbados Aloe), Argan Oil (Argania Spinosa), Oat Oil (Avena Sativa), Avocado Oil (Persea Gratissima), Chamomile Oil(Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract), Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance (Parfum), Limonene, CI 19140. It is designed for normal skin and is targeted for use on the hands. This product is labeled as being from the US and comes in a volume of 1.0 gallons.

For best results, a small amount of this moisturizer should be used on the cuticles, and then rubbed in using a blotter or cotton swab. The formula is concentrated, so a little goes a long way.
